Corrections and updates

Health guidance, services and links change. Every edition identifies its version, evidence cut-off and review dates. Possible errors should be logged with the exact page or tool, wording, source and date reported. Material safety corrections should be published promptly, with the earlier wording, corrected wording, reason and effective date retained in a public change log. Emergency details are checked separately before each print run and at least quarterly online.
