2. Purchase & Order Process
2.1 Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This is not a guarantee of acceptance. The contract is formed when we dispatch your item(s).
2.2 Order Changes: To change or cancel an order, contact us at info@Healthspan.mu at least 24 hours before dispatch. After that point, changes are not guaranteed.
2.3 Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order before it is shipped.
3. Pricing & Payment
3.1 Pricing: All product prices are listed in Mauritian Rupees (MUR) and include VAT. While we strive to ensure accuracy, we reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
3.2 Payment Methods: All payments must be made in advance via secure online methods (e.g., credit/debit card). Orders will not be processed until payment is received.
3.3 Promotions: Discounts and promotional offers are time-limited and subject to change. Altering your order after placement may affect eligibility for promotions.
4. Delivery
4.1 Delivery Time: Deliveries are typically made within 24–72 hours across Mauritius. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and up to date.
4.2 Availability: All items are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, we may offer a substitute of equal value. You have the right to accept or decline this substitute upon delivery.
4.3 Delivery Attempts: If no one is available to receive the delivery, we will attempt to reschedule. Additional delivery charges may apply for repeated attempts.
4.4 Conditions: Deliveries will only be made when someone is available to receive the goods in person. We do not leave items unattended.
4.5 Force Majeure: We are not liable for delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather events, strikes, or national disruptions.
5. Returns & Refunds
5.1 Defective Items: If you receive a defective product, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
5.2 Returns: Non-perishable items may be returned within 7 days, unused and in original packaging. Refunds exclude return delivery costs unless the product was faulty.
6. Liability
6.1 General: Our liability is limited to the value of the product and delivery cost. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, except as required by law.

7.2 Use & Sharing: We do not sell your data. We only share it with service providers (e.g., payment processors, couriers) to fulfil your order.
